Mine came from MAM. They were originally designed and sold by Keith at Montana floats but I think only available now from MAM.

One comes out each side for double the handling pleasure. I don't know what MAM is getting for them now, they may be on the web site. (Nancy's doing a good job uprating it!) Seems like over US$200 some years ago. It would be possible to add a through tube and a separate removable through handle but the fuselage area would have to be reinforced to take the load. I don't want to have any more loose items to contend with. Remember, these are not just for hangar use but also for those one way in / out runways.
Regards,
Ralph Baker

Charlie,
A little less than a pound with 2 handles and no plastic or rubber grips. The doublers are .050 6061-T6, the fuselage tube is 1" X .049 6061-T6, and the handles are 7/8" X .049 6061-T6 I hope this helps.
