Rebel engine question

I have a chance to pick up an 0-320 E2C and was
wondering if any of you guys are engine guru's. I am
wondering if this will work on the Rebel and how is it
different from the 0-320 E2A. I know it has something
to do with the accessory case but not sure what. I may
go take a look at it tomorrow. It is being removed
from a Beech Musketeer. 4802TTSN, 2802SMOH, 423STOH.
Has 2 slick mags, starter, overhauled carb, and fuel
pump. Asking $4000. I would think it might be worth
that just for the core. Any info would be appreciated.
