The Murphy Builders Site

Seems I post this about once a year. I'm in the busiest time of my year
right now swamped trying to get a set of Amphibs done and installed....
numerous other projects cleaned up....an Elite upgraded and installed to
Clamars...f-in-laws 701 mess back together etc...all so I can get my wife
back to the smog free North in only a little over two more months... and
everyone is starting to send me direct emails instead of asking questions on
this list. I come to the list to burn off steam, settle back after a long
day in the shop and answer questions..... if I so chose on my own free time.
Asking your questions here gives a larger audience, more chance of answers
and different ways of going about things. If you ask you questions here I
will see them and I then have the option to answer them, or not answer them,
as my schedule allows. Sending them direct leaves me obligated to answer and
unless you're wanting to buy something I am going to start ignoring the
direct emails.

Sorry for the rant...but I don't see any other "full time" builders helping
you along on the list on a daily basis. They're the smart ones...don't make
me go underground as well.
