David
couple of other things
be very careful when you do wing skins and leading edge skins, the
orientation and location is very important and they only work one way, think
there is PDF on web site i posted showing which skin goes where, i screwed
this up, the holes are how you determine what goes where, early manual does
not point this out very good
also on the wing skins there was a tooling alignment screw up and the edge
distance at the front of top and bottom skins is not good enough, Murphy has
kit if you do not have it that comprises 2 12 foot x 2" strips of aluminums
which must be attached to main spar and skin to compensate for the bad edge
distance, this most be done for safety, alternative is to get blank sheets
of 12x4 foot aluminium and copy drill all the holes
don't forget on wings access holes for bolts and stuff, also all access
holes must have doublers on them
regards
