rebel is slow plane so you need airspeed that is below 150,thats even to
much, i found good asi with expanded scale for low speed aircraft, forget
where but will look it up this weekend, did not cost alot either, only think
you add to asi is the colour zones for the warnings speeds, nothing to get
silk screened on, the color zones n mine are stickers

Hi Jim !

No need to buy new ! The speed range arcs are just narrow
vinyl tape that you can buy at art supply stores - or even just
paint !! You stick them on to suit your model.

The important thing is to have a good spread at the low end -
ideally one that starts at 20 mph, and has a wide space to 40 and
60 - ok if spaces are smaller over 100 mph ... I had an old one
with a log scale that was great, but these are hard to find - think
it went one and a half revolutions !

As several have already said, it's not that important, because
ASIs are usually inaccurate in Rebels, because of the wide range of
speeds and attitudes, and the difficulty of getting a good static
source. You will get a relative indication - note whatever it
reads at stall, for reference, and have fun ! (Have seen readings
at stall from zero to 60 mph, in different Rebels !! )

Thanks Mike:

I think that will do just fine for me.
Skystar isn't around any more, (what a crime), but I believe that Chief
carries Falcon.
