Gooday to everyone.Need your help again.

Will be installing wings in a couple off months or so.Problem is shed is not large enough to install both wings at once.Will this work.Install one
wing connect all controls wiring fuel lines etc.Using split flaps Have controls installed in cabin get everything as functional as possible,remove wing & do same for other.Complete all other work including install off 2150 full lotus paint wings & fus transport to hanger install wings ,make minor adjustments [ Hopefully minor] and the fun begins.
If i cannot do this i will have to build a piece on shed before winter starts.
Also does anyone know height off rebel tail while sitting oe 2150 full lotus.
Is aircraft stable enough to work on with one wing attached,or does it have to be blocked.

Hi Alvin

Yes you'd want to leave something under the wing. (I left the fuselage
blocked and a section of scaffolding under each wing even with both
wings on as it keeps things level for making the struts). If I were to
do this I'd do the left wing first because it is more critical for
positioning the fuselage torque tube hangar for no bearing binding or
excessive flex in the flaperon horns.

The other issue that comes to mind is perhaps just me but it was nice to
know that I had exactly the same incidence on both wings (mine did not
need adjusting) and I could have done that anyway with an accurate level
such as a machinists level. Also with both wings you can insure the
wings are square to the fuselage. I did adjust that a tiny bit on mine.
If the dihedral is exact you can measure wing tip to tail post but it
was also nice to be able to sight down the leading edge or main spar.
However my experience was that yes one wing at a time is doable but it
will add a few hours work. I suspect that the wings can be off a fair
bit before any significant handling issues come up anyway. Unless you
are careful the measurements from one side to the other will have too
much error in them to be useful anyway so being picky like me is perhaps
a waste of effort anyway.

I just filed the holes in the direction that I needed before drilling
and reaming them out to final size.
