Hello!

No the Moose crash was not a false info to get your attention.

The Builder of it, Denis Lambert, his wife and another very experienced pilot with his wife too have fly to show the airplane to a potential cutomer. The guy wanted to know if the airplane can take off from his field back of his house. They have not find it so they have land in a small airport close of it. They have call the customer who want to the airport with his daughter. After a look at it, his daughter took the place of one the wife in the airplane to help to find the field. Note: as far as my infos, the field have never been use as a landing strip before.... They found the strip and decident to land... Do not forget it was a amphip! They have flip over. The co-pilot to have a better view, untied his safety belt before the landing... he is the only one seriously injured but he is paralise for the rest of his life, broken spine. The airplane is now a wreck but was not the issue. The airplane was insured. I am pretty sure all my infos are goods but
if I made a mistake ju
s
t let me know. It is a sad event. I have no comment on "why it as happen". It is up to you guys. It is really a sad event.

Thanks Jean..yes very VERY sad....and >NO< this is not the place for "us
guys" to comment on why it happened. Nobody on this board was there, thus
nobody should be commenting on how.

Cheers,
Wayne
