Darryl:

Thanks for you note.

First, of course I plan to do a lot of back country flying. That is what
the Moose is advertised by you for and I see no reason not to use it as
advertised. The fact that you plan to use up old stock before using a
new, improved version only implies you are more interested in not losing
money on old inventory than safety.

Thanks for sending the old radius FUS-310s. Too bad you didn't mention I
would need a 3/4" reamer to make the new bolts fit. Just as a point of
information, a long shaft 3/4" reamer is not a standard shop tool and
since you advertise the aircraft can be made with standard tools and by
first time builders, this just highlights the MAM marketing lies.

Your insisting it will take one to two hours to install the radius FUS-310
is ludicrous since it took about two hours alone to get to the point of
finding out we needed the 3/4" reamer to finish the job. You didn't take
my offer to pay for travel and a days worth of time for one of your people
to fix this problem because you knew it would take longer--not any border
crossing issues. There is no problem for a Canadian company to provide
warranty service on their product by sending staff to the US to fix a
problem. Don't insult your customers with excuses like this.

Your threat of ceasing communication is an absolute joke. There is no
communication from MAM. There are many builder enhancements, important
safety changes, as well as other critical issues concerning the Rebel and
Moose, and almost none are posted on your website nor are they
communicated to the builders.

As you requested, I sent you information which shows that the Moose tail
stinger has significant problems and know other builders have notified
you. The factory demonstrator, which you promoted as not have any
problems in over 800 hours, did have problems with the stinger which had
to be corrected. It was an outright lie when you said you had not been
notified, that it was not a problem in the field, and the demonstrator
aircraft was fine.

Your lack of forthrightness in dealing with problems with the Moose is
appalling and potentially life threatening. I have had enough of your
excuses, your blaming you staff for all the problems., and your dishonesty.

The 3500/Moose building has been a frustrating experience. Most of this
is due to an inadequate manual and lack of the factory

Hi Brent, Could you please fill me and the others in that are not aware of
a problem with this FUS- 309 & 310 and what the problems are with it and the
problems of the fuselage at the windscreen area. We certainly would
apreciate it if it is a saftey issue. Thanks Dale SR-033
