I just got a mass email from Stephane Marois referencing the "new murphy
yukon".

Any idea what that's all about?

Guess he jumped the gun.....as it wasn't supposed to be public yet (as of
yesterday!). I can't offer anything else without comprimising my
involvement/promises. Guess someone (stephane) thought they'd "leak it" to
keep any prospective customers from buying the competitions (Dream) aircraft
in that weight class. I suggested the "Muskie"...guess that's not happening!

I could never understand why people buy short bed trucks. Guess I don't
understand the 4 seater with less space either.

Looks like they've got a new plane out. Can anyone explain? Looks like a
lighter-weight VSTOL four-seater with a Lycoming engine.

Murphy Yukon?

I don't think anyone really knows what it is for sure, other than what is
published on the website.

When Murphy morphed the SR2500 into the SR3500 (Moose) they continued to
market the SR2500. Now the SR2500 is no longer listed on the website, this
makes some believe it is just the SR2500 (Super Rebel) with a new name. I
didn't really study the drawings to see if the size was much different than
the SR2500. It would make sense to use a lot of the same parts.

All that to say I don't know.
