Another comment:
Someone may have a solution for this but I don't see it. The manual has
you assemble the two fuselage torque tubes in situ and then rivet them
to the end caps at the hanger with 8 rivets spaced around each tube.
Except that since you can only rotate the tube about 180 degrees before
the horns hit the roof it seems pretty much impossible to pull more than
5 of the 8 rivets ;( I guess I'll drill off the outboard end cap of
the short left tube and slide the tube into place and then rivet in the
hanger and then the end cap. I don't see any other solution so I'd
suggest not riveting that end cap to the short tube (8 stainless 3/16"
rivets) when you make it.

Once you have pegged the tubes in the right place with a single
cleco.........As long as you don't have the pegging stud (cut off bolt)
sticking out of the right outboard (wing root) horn you can slide the entire
unit to the left (after dropping it down out of the hanger channel) and slip
the horn inside the cabin. Then tipping the assembly down you can get the
left horn thru the cabin Fus-27 hole as well. Put on the bench and
drill/debur/rivet the assembly together and reinstall.

BTW...bolt the hanger bracket in with AN3's.....you'll be glad you did at
some point in time!
