Terry has done mufflers for Zenair Zodiacs with 912's - should be a very
close match. The setup is a large tank behind the engine, with all cylinder
pipes comin into it, and one large pipe out the bottom. This is very quiet,
and gains about 2 HP. ....
Maybe he could send you a mockup of the Zenair muffler to bend to fit,
then send it back to him to weld ...
