I have modified the archive web site to use cookies for logging in... you
will notice a different username/password dialog, but the main reason for
this is to remember your preferences for the site layout, and to accomodate
positive log outs. Previously the system used a no activity timeout routine
to release a connection, and while this worked, it occasionally had problems
and hung nodes. The new method should eliminate these problems... but as
always with any changes made, if you find any problems on the site, please
let me know so I can look into it.
