Cross Country RV (Recreation Vehicle) Trip

This Saturday, Elsie and I plus an eleven year old grand daughter will
be leaving VA and heading to Seattle in our travel trailer. I would
like to visit with some of you folks on the way. I am just starting to
install the engine (O-320) in my Rebel and would like to get pictures of
installed engines, etc.

Our tentative itinerary:

I-64 to St. Louis
I-70 to Kansas City
Northwest to the Black Hills
Yellowstone NP (July 8 -12)
Spokane (via Libby, MT)
Grand Coulee Dam
North Cascade Highway to our cabin near Darrington, WA,
Seattle to visit family
Portland, OR
Baker, OR, to visit great grandfathers grave
Boise, ID
Salt Lake City,(genealogical research)
South West Colorado Mts.
Wander back to Fairfax, VA before school starts.

I will have my laptop with me and will check my email whenever possible.

We'll miss you at Oshkosh this year. We'll have a beer for you ! ;-)

Sandi and I have a completed "Elite" (The world's greatest aeroplane), that
we sure would enjoy showing to you. We live in Kelso, Washington aprox. 45
miles north of Portland, Oregon or about 150 south of Seattle. We are only
about a stones throw from the freeway ("I-5"). Our home phone is
360-425-7777 and our cell is 360-270-0444. Call anytime, leave a message and
we will get back to you. We will be in Arlington, Wa for the big EAA fly in
from July 5 through July 10th. Hope to meet you guys. Sam & Sandi Archer
P.S. I'm sure we can find a place for you to park your travel trailer for
the night.

Thanks for the reply. We were a day behind schedule when we arrived in
Spokane late in the evening, had dinner with friends and left early the next
day. I am sorry to have missed the opportunity to talk "Rebels" with you.
