Moose - FB wing, aileron pushrod interference

I thought there was a bulletin or note about this but I couldn't find it.

On FB wings the aileron pushrod that runs from the aileron to the torque
tube inside the wing rubs on the bottom of the main spar and rear spar pass
through holes.

You only have to take of a 1/8th inch or so from the bottom of each hole.
If you don't and just let it rub the rivet heads on the end of the pushrod
can catch on the main spar hole (the aft spar hole would just rub, the
rivets stay up out of the hole).

A real PITA working through that small access hole on the torque tube end of
the pushrod.
