Gar-Aero tires/wheels for the Moose?

Has anyone looked into trying the Gar-Aero (out of Homer, Alaska)
adapters and larger (e.g. 26" or 29" I think) tires on a Moose? I'm
told the Gar-Aero adapters are designed for a Cleveland or McCauley
rims.

Also, does anyone know if the Moose gear bolt pattern is the same as
that for a Cleveland or McCauley? Before I call Gar-Aero on Tue to ask
them I thought I'd see what the folks here on the list have to say...

Ted;
I would NOT use the Gar-Aero tires and adaptors. I have the, I think
26x 10x 6 tires on my Super Rebel, they fit any 6 inch wheel ( Murphy). They
work great and are light.
I will look forward to meeting you on your trip North in the middle
of the month.
