N622D Double Duce Delta Moose Takes Flight!

Hi All,

My Partner Randy Bowers and I are the proud parents of N622D which became a
living aircraft on 05-20-05 when it took to the air in spectacular form. Two
days later on my birthday 05-22-05 the Double Duce Delta Moose
affectionately called "Smoky" finally got to experience the wonders of
mixing aviation and water. To date we have two hours off land and 1.7 off
water. We are looking forward to many many more.

Thanks to all those who helped out on the list. This list has been a great
asset!

Paint will come this winter. Gotta fly while the sun shines.

I've uploaded 5 picture to Maddog's S/M Completions section.
I hope they will help keep the fire alive for those still building.
As Bob P always says ... keep building it is worth it ... it certainly is.

Regards,
Don Boardman

Congratulations Don - I can only imagine how exciting it must be to be
in the air. I'm sure you still have lots to do but what a milestone -
great work.

Cheers

Don & Randy

Give yourselves a great big pat on the back for making it! Well done, great to
hear and thanks for sharing the good news with us, it even has the spin-off of
encouraging us to keep at it.

Keep us up to date on the flying fun.

Cheers,
