What's different about the Elite wings from the Rebel that prevents using the
same tips? ...just curious

There are no Fife tips for the Elite. Several of us have been trying to get
Dave Fife to make them for us. He needs more encouragement.

Hi Ben,
The Elite has longer ailerons that contain a counter balance for the all
metal surfaces. The counterbalance is past the end of the wing and actually
goes up into the wing tip.
Clear as mud? :) hope this helped.
