Good morning Belinda,
I was telling a friend about Falcon Insurance. He suggested I confirm
that the policy you put in force yesterday covers:
* Liability $1M / $100K
* In Motion
* Not in Motion
Thank you yet again,
Ted Waltman

Moose Insurance: Coverage confirmation
Moose Insurance: Coverage confirmation
Sounds too good to be true Ted..but I sure hope it is. When you get that
paperwork read it closely to be sure you have inflight hull coverage and not
just "not in motion". Liability is of course for inflight no matter what and
could be what she is refering too..but again I hope not.
Over 5 years ago, when I still carried In Flight Hull coverage, I was paying
$3800 Cdn for $65,000cdn coverage on wheels. Considering you have about 3 x
that as a hull value I'd expect full Inflight hull coverage to be running
you around $8500cdn. If on amphibs $10,000 or so.

Moose Insurance: Coverage confirmation
I sure hope it's true too. If I can't get coverage I can never leave
Alaska! Of course, I could just risk it. I've been back and forth through
Canada to the lower 48 a bunch of times and have never been asked to show
proof of insurance. Sometimes I never even see a real person. Just a
CanPass phone call.
