wing ribs

I have built the right wing without skinning it. Now I am building the
left wing,In the instructions all the rib flanges face to the right,does
that mean the root rib too ?

Bill - Unfortunately - Yes - Seems like it would be better if the Root rib
on both was like the left wing and the outboard rib was like the right wing
- easier to seal.
