Aileron hinge bushings?

Are you installing bushings in the aileron and flap hinge brackets?
A bunch of us have put bronze bushing in the rudder and elevator hinges.
The Moose has a tendency for the outboard elevator hinge holes to wear and
get sloppy.
I was assuming I would do the same to the flap and aileron hinges; however I
didn't really pay much attention to how they worked, I only pinned them to
align things.
It looks like the bolt should hold the steel bushing tight against the hinge
bracket and the brass bushing rotates around that (steel bushing is wider
than the brass). It seems with the bolt unable to move, unlike the tail,
additional bushings in the hinge brackets may be unnecessary??
Whadayathink?
