Hi gang, I am at the stabilizer stage of Rebel #652, and as I type this with sore fingers from DeBurring with a drill bit in hand, THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY.-I would appreciate any ideas as you have all been there I'm sure. Otherwise I am really enjoying this Rebel experience.-Thanks for any help-Bob J

dremel tools makes a ball shaped rotary file that works great the secret is
low RPM and practice witch you'll get plenty of. You'l develop a feel . get
several deferent sizes and try it there cheap and last the whole project.

Dont you know Bob, you are not a Rebel builder until you have repetitive strain syndrome in both arms!! you lie in bed at night trying to get some semblance of circulation in your hands so that you can do more drilling and deburring the next day!!!

These are the wounds and scars that we carry as experienced Rebel builders!!!!

Happy deburring,

Alister
