My contactors are all 5/16". Don't know about aircraft starters.

Oh yes and I think the contactor coil terminals were #8.
And a couple of things like the Bussman fuse blocks had #10 bolts.
Brass internal tooth lockwashers can be had from Rona/Building Box but
in this area the only Rona that stocked them was the one at 401 and
Winston Churchill.

Hi Mike

My battery uses 3/16", master solenoid 1/4", most switch and CB contacts are
#8, but I've ordered up 5 of each size to make sure I had some in stock for
all other jobs that come along, and I'll order up loads of #8 for when I
start on the panel.
