Subject: elevator building question

On the rebel left elevator all ribs attached to the spar are parallel to
each other except the rib which is attached at the horn end. This rib is
on
an angle towards the outside tip of the elevator. With this rib on an
angle
out it is to short to reach the last two holes on the elevator skin.

This rib is the hypothenuse of a triangle so how can it be long enough to
reach when when all the ribs I have are the same length.

PS I assume the same problem will happen on the right elevator.

This is normal - some have just left a hole, others have made up a
small triangular piece to fill the gap. It certainly looks better filled.
