fuel cap suggestions

We used the same caps as Van's (from ACS) on our Elite and put the
flanges on the exterior. The reasoning was that would minimize exterior
water into the tank. Additionally, if the filler neck were damaged we
could replace it from the exterior without opening the tank. There are
lots of more expensive options but none as cost effective at the
required quality level.
