To all SR2500 builders -

Please be very careful when arriving at Section 9.4 Fuselage Assembly, step 29 - the FUS 345s are already drilled out to 3/16 and it is a very confined space to drill and keep the drill centered in the 345s (there are four of them) as the drill wants to wander trying to drill through the doubler and the new bulkhead as there are no pilot holes. Consequently the holes in the FUS 345s get elongated and according to Grant at MAM you cannot drill out to 1/4 and are STUCK replacing the FUS 345s.

By the way, step 32 proceeds to tell you to +ACI-Drill out the eight holes in the FUS345s to 3/16+ACI-. HUH?+ACE-
