Weather doesn't look promising Bob! Will have plane ready to go in case it
is.

Neil..I'll bring the pair of Carlise 8.00 x 6 tires if I'm able to fly

You bring $120 for them in case I can. I don't have tubes..but you can get
those at any tire shop.

Wayne, are the tires ( the Carlisle type) are they a special aircraft tire
or a general tire. The reason I ask I am a tire dealer and if I can save
you some money on them I certainly would help you out if I can . You can
e-mail me off the board if you want to. Dale

so abrasive!)

Hey Wayne - if you do make it on Sunday - maybe you could bring a couple
dozen of the 'one lug' anchor nuts that I should put on my flap/aileron
hinges on the wing. I understand that they aren't too expensive and
they should fit in your pocket.
If not I'll come and see you sometime next week.

Supposed to get cold tonight and snow like a Ba$*&#d tomorrow/sat and

on Sunday. We'll see..but even if it's a nice day I might have issues
getting out of here.

I'm a definite >NO< for tomorrow guys. We're getting pounded up here with
squalls and supposed to be the same for tomorrow. Wind's to be 20K tomorrow
and the lake is still totally open..so even if I managed to sneak out to
clearer skies to the South...would be a dangerous proposition trying to
head home just before dark.

Driving is out.....would be gone too long and wife is sick.

Angus...share that darn amphib tip with everyone once the meeting is over!
