MAM Customer Satisfaction - was SAFETY ALERT SR/Moose Quick

MAM has done right by me in everything that mattered and I wasn't even
the original purchaser of my kit. I rate the Rebel kit as pretty good value.

This list and BobP's builder meetings has enabled me to make a better
aircraft that suits my purposes better though. I hope Mike gets a
discount on his purchases as without this list there would be a much
higher demand for factory assistance. The different opinions on this
list make it much more valuable than a factory moderated list would be.
Yes the manual should be better but eventually I think we learn to treat
the manual as a general guide rather than a step A, step B, step C
manual. The initial learning curve can be steep though. Almost
everybody gripes when they have to shell out extra money to correct
errors but even the best manual in the industry would not stop me from
making the occasional dumb a$$ error ;(

I'm just a lurker on this e-mail list as I dream of one day building a Moose
and flying to Alaska, but it seems to me that there are plenty of issues
with MAM and disgruntled customers.
