Rear Spar Attach

I mentioned last week that I had received part number 714 but not 713 in
the upgrade kit for our Moose..
Can anyone tell me if there any difference between 713 and 714 or can I
use the two 714's that I have for the rear spar I am working on so I can
continue to build while waiting for Murphy to respond.
