hand rivet squezer

Post by Ralph Baker » Sat Feb 18, 2012 9:50 am

The most versatile is the "two plates and a nail" pull type. They are
used with a hand rivet puller. Buy replacement nails (finishing nails)
at your local hardware store. As for the hand puller, dimpling is light
duty compare to pulling 3/16" stainless rivets so look for one with the
smallest head you can find for access in tight areas. You can also
grind off the edge of the plates for increased access. Be sure to get a
120 degree dimpler to match the Avex pulled rivets or a 100 degree
puller for squeezed / bucked rivets. The 3/32" sizes are also handy for
flush rivets for nutplates or light duty jobs.
