I asked Robin why the Elite and Moose have the elevator horn mod and not the
standard SR-2500. His response:

Hi Scott,

Darryl would like to see all the SR series and Elites done like the 3500.

If that area has already been completed and riveted up a regular inspection
of the horn for movement and security would be adequate.
