FAA inspections: URL

The below link DOES work; all one has to do, depending on which email
client you're using, is insure that you have a complete link which you
click on or paste into your browser. Using Microsoft Outlook, I had to
simply "Edit" the message to get a one line link out of the two lines
that Outlook originally broke the link into.

It cut off some of the link to the article in the last one.
