Creating a new account on the archive system...

It was just brought to my attention that attempts to create a new account on
the archive system were failing. I had deleted a file necessary for this
process by accident, and have replaced that file now. So if you've tried
setting up an account only to have it fail after filling out the
questionnaire, it's working properly now. Also, if you use the news server,
remember that you must create your own account, and configure your news
reader to logon to the server.
