MAM Back orders
Posted: Sat Feb 18, 2012 9:12 am
Well things may be looking up at MAM. A mere 54 weeks after paying for two
sets of amphibs the back ordered hydraulic reservoirs showed up in the mail
today. I've never really pestered about them, they just showed up (with a
mfg date of mar 2004 so hot off the moulding machine!). We were being lead
to believe that we were on our own for these tanks, but MAM has come good
for them after all (and that's good to see!). Would also have made shipping
sense to include the nico's I'm still back ordered and the issues of
shortages on hydraulic line that I have been questioning since May of 2003
cleared up as well, but maybe they are just working through the paper files
to see whom is owed what, and most of this was via email correspondence.
Going to fire an email off to whom ever is running shipping dept and see if
we can muster that stuff up as well.
Cheers,
Wayne
