This list is for owners, builders, and pilots (present and future) of RANS
series kit aircraft! Its purpose is to facilitate the exchange of ideas,
technical information, and the flying experiences of list members. The
occasional post of keen wit or sharp insight may also be tolerated. The
list was
created in mid-1999 by "beta" builders of the newest RANS two seater, the
S-16
Shekari. However, anyone with an interest in any RANS airplane type are
warmly
encouraged to participate! Eventually there will be quite a large
collection of
builder "gouge" (wheels which need not be re-invented, time saving steps,
and
safety tips) stored in the archives for RANS enthusiasts.
