SR stick installation/down elevator

I don't think you need to push that far!

In the Rebel I don't think I go much more than back to neutral (but of
course too busy looking out the window to really know what my hand is
doing!).

Al, what's your take on this?

I would also suggest getting rid of some of the down elevator (ie less
fwd
stick), as the only place you will ever use it is to lift the tail out
of
the snow on skis (and you don't need 23*)!

Hi Wayne,

How about pushing over when taking off on floats?

I don't know! When you get yours done we'll tape a few quarters against the
control stop, to negate some nose down stick, and go up and try it out!!
:o)))

Seriously, once again I have never used that much forward stick (in flight)
for anything in the rebel. Not even for the negative G "roller coaster
rides" I used to give the kids when they were a bit younger. Well
hell.......... I'll even admit that I did one with the 21 yr old 2 weeks ago
for old times sakes, just to get a smile out of him!!

What effect will this have on stall and spin recovery?
