The Murphy Builders Site

SR2500 ....063 stringer....020 main wings skins (top/bottom) and .032
leading edge skin. The Moose has some .063 doubler "plates" over top of the
skins to beef up the wing to the 3500lb gross with the main piece going from
the front pickup/spar back to a stringer behind the main spar and then
staggering a rivet line smaller as it works it's way out to the lift strut
area.

thanks for your answer about the strirngers and skin thickness info, but
it hard to picture how that doubling for reinforcement is made, is there a
place where i could see pictures of it
