Mike's flaperon actuator cover

Hi Mike
Just got home from the shop and here are the dimensions.I cut the full
piece in half then trimmed the halves by nesting them to allow a 1"
mounting flange.The full width edge to edge is 4-3/4"s length is 9" but
length has yet to be trimmed for exact fit .I am going to drill out a
couple of wing rivets that the flange will cover and install C/Srivs so
it sits flat,anti-chafe tape on the underside then secure it with 5
#8PKs. Hope this helps.Also finished fitting and mounting one wing tip
and got the other partly finished.I wanted to get them on this week
before I put the floats on.
