How Long a Moose Stick? or lateral width?

While on sticks, I'm converting my Moose to control yokes which I got
from Wayne out of a 100-180.
Can someone confirm lateral c/l at 20.5"
Secondly, the 100-180 system is 18.5" and although I've picked up raw
stock to modify to 20.5" would the 18.5"
be on seat c/l or close enough not to notice? My German welder next door
is immigrating to Canada so need to modify early.

Now just to figure out where to put the in-flight entertainment system,
crew bunks, cabin crew and galley.
