Starting to build Moose

Hi Folks: The tail kit for my Moose came last week.
I picked it up and inventoried the crate. Looks like
I'm missing the two 12' long rear spar doublers (st-403 ??).
I started putting the Horz Stab skeleton together, All
when well until I needed the rear spar doubler. I also
don't see in the plans or Mods where they call out for the
"end rib/hinge doubler"
Where did you all find out you needed this and will there
be any other mods (surprises) I'll need to make/know that
aren't in the manual and the mod booklet?
