Moose 2 piece Finlett/ Seafin Design

Hi Wayne,

Yes, looks like a two piece design would be necessary at least on one end. I
would plan to use the rivet line that holds the horizontal's fiberglass end
cap on to secure the forward part of the SEAFIN.
Thanks Al for the seaplane term.
The forward wrap around of the leading edge for the finlet is what I have
had envisioned, before MAM even put a set onto theirs, similar to what you
might find on a Pilatus (like the ones in Air America movie).

The problem with trying to install these is that once in place you would be
unable to get the elevator back off for removal of the stab etc. They will
have to be made in two pieces per side to allow installation/removal around
the extended leading edge of the stab. Where as the MAM style if you get the
nut plates in the right place can be removed and slid out of postion to
permit removal of the stab (it won't go back through that rectangle under
the fin with the finlets on!!).

Cheers,
Wayne
