There are a couple of bulletins on this such as 041096RB. I think I can
forward them to you if they are not on MAM's site. I don't think I've
ever seen the particular numbers that you mentioned.

Gerald,
I think these numbers are the "G" limits for the aircraft and not related to
weight and balance. Refer to the other replies and/or MAM for proper datum
point and weight and balance calculations. We are building an Elite so I
can't be more specific.
