rebel prop

I went through that last year, and it is not a small job, and
requires a lot of patience. However, I did have the good fortune
of being able to watch someone else do one before tackling my
own. Basically though, I just followed the instructions that MAM
supplies and it worked out OK. I also took it to a machine shop
(another fellow builder so it didn't cost me) to drill the holes
in the bulkheads to ensure accurate hole spacing and centering. I
did use a different forward bulkhead, although I think the one
that MAM supplies is OK. The first one got screwed up with our
first attempt at drilling holes. I did not have any pre-made
templates with mine.
One additional touch that I did, is curl the edges around the
prop cut-out. That is supposed to help prevent cracking in those
areas.
I think if you search the archives, you will find additional
discussion on this topic.
Good luck, you will need it.

I have a MAM blank spinner and need to fit it to my
Sensenich prop. I
probably need to buy, borrow, or build a template
prior to attacking the spinner.
Any suggestions about how to proceed are welcome.
