Hi Al, the company is called Rasakti, and can be found at www.rasakti.com...
but you won't find anything about the floats or skis on there web site
yet... not sure when they're going to get that stuff added to their site,
but there is contact information in the document I uploaded. I would
imagine that they would be able to point you to, or provide you with more
information.

Al & Mike,

Vincent contacted me yesterday regarding the V400 and informed me of much of
his activities. I have also located Rasakti's website and found it
featureless for our interests...at this time. Vincent informed me that both
Aerotek Aviation and Rasakti hoped to have a new website and changes to
their current website, respectively, shortly after January 1.

Vincent seems easy to work with and is quite excited about this venture.
However, I would like to learn more about his products - in detail so I know
what I might be getting into. Airplanes are working machines that need to
be safe and risk is not a good thing in this arena, so I'm going to be
cautious. Has anyone here decided to purchase the V400? Auto engine
conversions do not bother me, but my comfort level is increased
significantly if I do the work as I know what I have done.

Vincent told me the Rasakti floats will sell for 20% less than the Montana
floats, however, the price he has used in one of his Word documents for the
Montana floats is higher than what Montana quotes on their website (Maybe
not current information - time lag.).

It looks like I have much work to do to tie the loose ends!

I also have a set of MAM 1800 straights here, complete with all attach
gear/rigging ready to install on a Rebel/Elite. Low time 20hrs tops on them.

Hi Dave

I know Eddie from my days in Newfoundland. His raw material is good quality
and his shipping is within a day or two. I purchased all the material and
skins to completely rebuild my Edo 1650's from Eddie. He use to sell a kit
for 2000's but I'm not sure if he still offers it. All material was 2024-T3
which I am interested in, not the 6061. Would like to find a 1800 kit or
damaged set of Cap or PK 1800's. I would just duplicate the skins of MAM
kit with 2024 sheets. Last time I spoke to Eddie about a kit was about 10
years ago and he wanted about 12,000. Thanks for the info
