Rebel for sale - BC

Listen up
I'm sure this is the same plane I saw that BOB showed me that he had
finished. This is a real good looking airplane. Bob won an award at OSH for
lack of knowing exactly what the award was called, it was for excellent
workmanship. I got the floor stiffener idea from this plane. It is very
nice.
Good luck

Have a gentleman selling his Rebel in Nanaimo, BC. Jack has been building
this machine for about 12 years and it has finally flown in the last few
months. Unfortunately he is losing his medical.. so is now faced with
selling. Airplane has flown and has a few hours on it with them working
around suitable weather to get the first 25 hrs flown off to remove the 25
mile restrictions. Too far away for me to deal with, and most of you know
I'm not an auto-conversion fan, so I am passing it on here. Based on what he
has into this bird (approx $90G's Cdn) the asking price is a steal in the
$70,000 area and willing to whittle that down to make a deal with the right
person. I do have pictures, but only in print and our scanner is down. Maybe
when my son gets home for xmas on Monday we can reserect it and scan the
pictures so I have them available..... as Jack doesn't have the capabilites.
Aiframe was built by Jack and the installation of the engine and instruments
was done professionally by Bob Hodgins and his crew (Cassidy Aircraft
Maintenance) at the Nanaimo airport (which he says explains the high cost
input to date). Aircraft is not painted ...so you can pick your colours and
do it yourself. Nice especially if one of the US lurkers here buys it and
then it's just a single paint job to get the N #'s on as well!
