OK then here's two Christmas ideas for new builders. Things that I
didn't know about when I stared.

There's the 1" wide x 6" diameter soft unitized scothchbrite wheel that
sits on a 6" bench grinder. It has saved me many hours of filing and
smoothing edges (with a hand held scotchbrite pad) in the last week
alone. About US$42. from Cleveland tool or I think Spruce. Another $40
perhaps if you also need the bench grinder.

And the pneumatic cleco sqeezer. Mine came from US Industrial Tool for
about US$90. and has saved a lot of wrist pain and sleep loss.
