I measured Ron's elevator today with my smart level.
38 degrees nose up from faired with the stab.
21 degrees nose down " "
I know it seems huge but I measured it twice. I do know it does NOT run out of elevator with 2 guys and full fuel (120 gal) - no ballast in the back. After I left the dock I noticed Ron had removed the water jugs from the extended baggage. No problem.
I have not rigged mine yet but will shoot for the same.

I measured my elevator today:
17 degrees down and 27 degrees up, using the bottom of the stab as the
reference.
Keep in mind my firewall forward is about 150 lb. lighter than the M14.

Steve H.,
Once you install the stab and fin it is pretty hard to get at those
stops. I plan to just remove the half round piece from the L and shave it
off to get the required throw, not remove my whole stop.
