OT - Subject line

One thing that would be helpful is if we had some subject line guidelines
that everyone would follow. Then if you want you can set filters to delete
or sort. It would sure make it easier to sort back through the thousands of
emails looking for something relating to a specific type.

What they would be I don't know but maybe a two letter code followed by a
space and then whatever else you want.

Like:

OT = Off Topic, kind of a catch all that is not building related.

RE = Rebel or Elite specific. (maybe not, as could mean Renegade also??)
SR = Super Rebel & Moose.
AL or ALL = Relates to all types, like general how to stuff.

Anyway you get the idea.

Of course changing the subject when the Reply has nothing at all to do with
the original question would be nice too.

I guess the hard thing, besides coming up with what works, would be getting
used to using it.

Just a thought.
