Joel - I have the squished crease on my Rebel, Wayne O'Shea did the
Bondo thing, left that rivet out and rivet the rest, later he drilled it
out, put some Bondo behind the crease, redrilled after the Bondo set up
then opulled the rivet by hand.

Hi guys,
On the fuselage skins there are creases to prevent oil canning. I've
seen
Rebels where the creases were slightly deformed when there is a rivet
on the
crease. I've also seen some where there was obviously some effort
spent to
prevent this - the rivet is on a crease but the crease isn't deformed.
Anyone have a clue how to do that? The only thing I can think of is
maybe
mixing up a bit of epoxy putty or bondo and put a dab in the void
between
the bulkhead and the crease. Then drill it out and rivet it after it
dries.
I thought I would ask here to see if any of you folks have traveled
that
path.
Thanks!
Joel
