Let's talk venturi's

I've never flown with venturi's, and the thought of how they work is sound. The problem with IFR is ice. I guess no one came up with a way to heat the venturi if it's even possible. I guess sorta like carb ice if flying in moisture would be the worry of punching up through fog or low o'cast. Good old Burnulii(spelling?) principle. Curt 97MR
