The Murphy Builders Site

I'm sure most of you have noticed by now that you're getting several copies of
some of the messages posted to the list. I'm working on this problem, but
haven't got a fix for it yet. In the past we've had problems with the server
sending thousands of messages out in a short period of time... this time it's
different. It looks to be a communications issue between 2 different
modules. The list server module isn't getting a response from the module that
sends the messages out in time... but the messages are in fact going out. So
the list server holds on to that message and tries again 5 minutes later. It
isn't happening all the time either... just to make it interesting. If I
don't figure something out here in the next hour or so I'll probably disable
to list server until we've found something. You'll still be able to post your
messages, they just won't go out until I fire the list server back up. So if
you send something and don't see it go out... don't send it again... it's
here, just not being processed yet.
